Ethiopian cuisine (Amharic: የኢትዮጵያ ምግብ) characteristically consists of vegetables and often very spicy meat dishes. This is usually in the form of wat (also wet or wot), a thick stew, served atop injera, a large sourdough flatbread (also called Injera), which is about 50 centimeters (20 inches) in diameter and made out of fermented teff flour.
Ethiopians eat exclusively with their right hands, using pieces of Injera to pick up bites of entrees and side dishes.

OrderI got the veggie lunch combo and a cup of Ethiopian coffee. Both were absolutely delicious. Every component of my meal was tasty and well seasoned. The inside of the restaurant is very nice and the service was also great.
The food was delicious! I got the Beef Sambusas as a starter and....wow! Plenty of flavor and the dipping sauce was just the right amount of spicy for me. For the main I got Beef Wot, also lots a flavor. Definitely a 5 star for me in flavor, customer service, atmosphere.
Fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious! My partner and I shared the Vegetarian Combo (for 2) and we loved loved it - everything was incredibly flavorful. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Louisville!
Clean, very nice staff, great service, relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious. We tried the combo platter so that we could try a little of everything. Samosa was delicious! We got the medium and hope to try the hot heat level next time. Very impressed!
